ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS 2025-26
Due to our limited accommodation capacity and remote location, we are unable to sell our cabins at Northern Lights Ranch again in case of late cancellations. Therefore, we must uphold a strict reservation and cancellation policy as follows:
- The reservation is confirmed by making the full payment 100 % of the reservation’s value at the time of making the reservation or according to the due date shown on the invoice.
- A reservation for 1-4 cabins :
- A cancellation can be accepted and fully refunded 60 days prior to the arrival day. After that all cancellations are non-refundable.
- A reservation for more than 4 cabins :
- Please note bookings with 5 cabins or more a cancellation can be accepted and refunded 120 days prior to the arrival day.
- After that all cancellations are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are always to be made by email to reservations@theranch.fi. Please mention the confirmation number and last name of the main guest when informing us of the cancellation.
- If you or your client would be covered by travel insurance for cancellations which no longer would be refundable, then proof of the cancelled reservation and the amount you have paid can be provided by request.
